01- House of 345 m2 built on two plots, with a total of 1,062 m2.

05- The two plots on which the house was built were joined into one, facing two streets, one above and one below, with the streets at the end leading to roundabouts. A block wall forms the boundary with the two previous neighbors. The other three walls—the front and rear walls facing roundabouts, and the other side wall facing a 20,000 m2 green area—are built of stone, with two faces, and are 45 cm thick.
06- In the garden there are 25 adult native cork oaks, 1 pine tree, palm trees, dwarf palm trees and margalló, as well as a thousand-year-old olive tree transplanted from Vilafamés, with a trunk circumference of 7 m, and a wingspan of about 15 m and a height of 5 m.
07- Access from the upper street is through an iron gate and stone steps. Access from the lower street is also through an iron gate, which is the main entrance to the house, with a 1-meter-wide stone walkway leading to the house. There is also an iron garage door.

10- The house is entirely clad in stone on one side, 30 cm wide, with an interior projection as insulation of 5 cm, with brick of 11 (11 cm) and plaster or cladding of 2 cm. In total, the walls are 48 cm thick.
11- The two porches, the lower and the upper (with iron railings), each 33 m2, are made up of 6 stone arches each. Total 12 arches.
12- The masonry work, just for the house, not counting the perimeter walls and other interior details, took the mason and a laborer 10 months.
13- A total of 20 stone bathtubs were installed. Approximately 600 tons of stone were used. The stone came from a quarry in Mosqueruela (Teruel).
14- From the house you can see the mountain range at the back, a natural area, a green area on one side, and the town of Artana with its Calvary and castle, as well as the municipal Olympic swimming pool and restaurant, and a paddle tennis court at the front.
15- Construction materials:
- The ironwork, railings and gates come from the La Zarza Cooperative of Rubielos de Mora (Teruel), specialists in the treatment of iron simulating antiquity.
The windows are Kömerling brand PVC, as are the shutters, which have adjustable slats. The windows are tilt-and-turn, and the glass is PS9 bulletproof, with double glazing. Windows (36). Shutters (27)
